I hate kids on social media.

Having to censor myself because your 11-year-old may see my swear words or pics of me drinking

a shot from an ice luge makes me cringe.

Let's be clear.

If you're under 16, you have no business being on Instagram where all the public pics are boobs

and blunts.

If your kid can't pack his own lunch or be trusted to shower regularly, then they can't be trusted on a platform where all the creeps come out to play.

If I'm getting friend requests from candy come lightly, then so are the kiddos with no clue who may be on the other side of that confirm button.

I was really trying to dry out that Rob Spiewak because I saw the beer bottle going to your lips. I'm Rob. Don't worry, she'll be there in time. Spiewak! As I said, it is our third episode. We all survived the Valentine's Day blizzard. And several neat things to talk about today, including really, really, when should one's phone be taken away from them? Also, a very key unveiling that I think you're going to enjoy. Anyway, and a recap of a phone call that I just entertained from my alma mater, Virginia Commonwealth University. Now, I've done a lot of the prank phone calls, but in reverse. I've played them on the O'Mara show where solicitors call me. Right. And I have fun with them. But this is the first time I've ever had someone watch me do it. Oh, you had a full audience. It was great. I had writers. It was awesome. So I can't help but pass notes. I really can't. I do it to people in my own home who have no idea what's going on. But if there's a post-it note and a Sharpie near me and you're having a conversation, I can't help myself. You are ready to go. All right. But we did start with the discussion of social media. And I got to say, I think we have a problem with the infrastructure of the Cake and Cookies Corporation. There's a couple of them, actually. But really, really, what is the one thing I'm good at? It's not Twitter. It's not Twitter. No. Really, someone said, what do you do that you're good at? Facebook. You're really good at Facebook. I'm good at Facebook. I'm good at drinking. And I'm good at running bored. Oh, you're a good dad. I'm a pretty good dad. I'm better at Facebook than I am at being a dad. And so when we were setting up the Cake and Cookies Corporation, the CCC. The CCC. I was called a C-mon. There was never just once. Oh. We set up. The first thing we did was the Twitter. And we set it up here. What did we do that? It was fun because we got to choose photographs. And we said, let's follow him. And let's follow him. And then there was the awkward moment. You get a podcast. Everybody gets a podcast. And then there was the awkward moment this week when I used our combined Twitter to send a message to Tony Perkins directly. And then he replied, why are you now called Rob and Katie? And who is this? And he says, oh, because you have a podcast. I see. Rob, I thought you were undergoing some severe changes. But the fact is, is that because we set up the Twitter here, I've been tasked with running the Twitter. Here's the thing, Rob. I really don't know anything more about Twitter than you do. Well. To the point, I can't figure out how to log in. Oh. I have my own that's been logged into my phone for like two years. And you're scared to log out because you might not get back in. I have no idea. Yeah. I don't know. I'm not sure what to do. I'm afraid to sign out of our Twitter too. But then because we said, well, we need to have a Facebook too, you're running our Facebook. Yeah, but not very well because I don't understand that when you have a, when it's not a personal page. How are we doing, by the way? You and I together as a corporation. I don't think we're doing, you know what? You're on Facebook. Yeah, but I just don't get it. Despite the fact that I just said that I hate people under 16 on social media. Do you think we could task Julia with this? I know. I can't let her do it. I can't let her do it. I grounded her for an entire summer because she went on Facebook without telling me. So I can't, can't let her do it. Robert, on the other hand, maybe. We'll talk. Well, yeah, but his vocabulary. He's still young. As I've said before, Julia is very smart. Robert is very strong. He's a strong boy. So the first. And handsome. He looks like his dad. So we'll see. And the first day I did an at instead of a pound sign. A hashtag. Whatever. They're called hashtags. And everyone, you kids and your drug lingo. My drug lingo. Hashish. That's not. You and your jazz cigarettes. Oh, my God. Yeah, I have marijuana that I keep in a cereal bowl. On top of your refrigerator? It's up high. So the kids can't get it because I love smoking marijuana cigarettes. Well, I can't get up there either. So you're protected. Although I think you might be a little more driven. You might use a chair. Wait, there's weed here? Give me. Hold on. Give me one second. No, we don't break on this show. We don't break on this show. So I'm thinking that if we can figure out a way to get your phone to do Twitter, can you do our Twitter? Sure. Because I'll do the Facebook. I do the Facebook for the O'Mara show. I do the Facebook for me. That works for me. Yeah, okay. We'll trade there. That works for me because I don't understand. On the Facebook, there's all this stuff at the top, the control panel. Right. And that's where you get messages and everything. And people say, why are you still doing this show? And it's time to quit. And you sound squeaky. I don't like it. I don't like it. You know what? What? What? I might sound squeaky, but I'm okay with it. Because this is how I really sound. We worked really hard to make you sound that squeaky because it's an accurate capture of your voice. It's not that we worked hard to make me sound squeaky. We worked hard. To capture the squeakiness. To capture the natural squeakiness. Natural squeakiness is the name of your first album. You make me feel. Like a natural squeak. So tweeting. I remember the password. Okay. But the thing is, is you're going to have to remember the password to yours so you can go back and forth. I've got no idea. I don't even know what email address is tied to my Twitter. Maybe the best move is get another phone. I think maybe. Oh, yeah. No. I was going to say I should just delete the thing. No. Because it's your personal Twitter. So? Well, because you have all the people following you. Your Kanye's and your Kim Kardashian's that are always trying to figure out what. They don't follow me. Really? Not anymore? It's shocking. Not even a name? I was blocked. By all of the people that have K names. All right. And while we're talking about the social media, it's always nice when the people. And I would like to say thank you to all the nice messages and notes we got. It's been overwhelming. About the first two shows. You guys are very, very cool to do that. And by the way, we really should say that if you want to get at us, there is. What is our hashtag on Twitter? I don't know. Oh, my God. You're so. I know. We don't have a hashtag on Twitter. You have like. What do we have? Your name. My Twitter name. Your Twitter name. I know what it is. You know what? What? Do you know it? No, but I might be saying this wrong, too. Neither of us know. If you want to follow us on Twitter or as they say, light us up with a message. Do the kids say that? I don't think so. You think the Twitter's hard. You can't even spell our names, Rob. I know. I know. It's horrible, isn't it? It is. Now, with that being said. My God, we're so old. Do you even want to attempt discussing our RSS feed or do we just move on? No. Because here's the thing. Our fine and fabulous listeners are handling that for us. They are. They are. But when you ignore the sticker, and what was the, I know it was Guinness. What was the pill? Well, first it was Guinness, followed by wine. Guinness wine. And the pill was? Some sort of muscle relaxer for my jaw. Mm-hmm. Uh-huh. And that's why this- Because the storm was blowing through, and my head- The Valentine's Day blizzard. Yeah. My jaw, where I broke my jaw. Like, it really flares up when I am so old. No, I know. It's actually the changing air pressure. Especially because it's so close to my ears. Sure. So I could barely open my mouth on Tuesday evening. What a dream for Dan. What? So, yeah. Or a nightmare. Depends on what he had planned. Yeah. But I understand what the- Well, I'm sure he didn't have planned of having to take my phone away from me. You were in, as Dr. Nicholas Van Helsing would say, she was in great pain. I was in a haze. So you took your pills, and you took your wine, and you took your Guinness. Mm-hmm.
