And when we did two, with a lot of talk in between, I don't remember exactly what we covered and what we didn't. I think we alluded to the fact that your house was on the market. Right. And you were testing the waters. Yes. The plan was to put the house on the market. And then jet yourself off to Florida. Drive down to Florida with the dogs. Right. Stay at Dan's parents' house that is empty. Right. Until Christmas-y time. Right. And then come on back. And then come on back. Right. And see what kind of market. Figure out what the market would bear. And then. So you priced your house comically high. Yes. And then we intended on, based on what we found. Right. The counter offers would help determine the actual value. We, yes. We would then relist in March. Right. At a reasonable price. For my birthday, you would relist the house on March. March 8th. Exactly. It'd be part of the celebration. Right. So you put it on the market. It'd be fireworks. Yes, there would be a tree. Obviously balloon hats. Obviously balloon hats. Larger balloon hats made out of larger balloons. Mm-hmm. My balloon hats are made from the balloons from the Macy's Parade. Mm-hmm. And, oh, by the way, Macy's Parade. If you're going to broadcast in high def, clean your balloons and do a better job of patching your balloons. It wasn't very good this year. Well. I was kind of disappointed. I bailed. I never bail on the Macy's Parade. I did too, and I never bail on the Macy's Parade. Snoopy looked like he was going through puberty. He looked like he needed some acne medicine. Snoopy was messed up. I was so sad. That's pretty much when I bailed was when I saw Snoopy. Yeah. You too? You too? Yeah. It's about it for me. Oh! Not pleased. Not pleased with the parade. And also, Kiss does not belong in the parade. Or on high def. Period. Exactly. No. Maybe if they had used some of Kiss's makeup on Snoopy, we could have fixed it. We could have fixed it. But that's not why we brought you here. The reason is that you put the house on the market just to test it out. Yep. And how long was it on the market? Not quite. 48 hours. Yeah. Did we decide about 32 hours? Something like that. And it was sold. Yep. So apparently it takes you as long to sell a house as it takes Carrie to buy a house. Because she did, you know, buy this house in like 32 hours. The first house she looked at. That's, that, that's fine. So that makes her, she could almost be the villain in this. But this is the thing that troubles me, and I think it troubles you as well, is that you were counting on four months. At least! Before you had to make any of the grown-up decisions, the aforementioned grown-up decisions. And now you have how long to get out? 27 days. Wow. Is that about right? The clock is ticking. We have, we've already had the inspection. You're kidding! I know! Oh, there's no looking back! No! The inspection was Saturday. The radon people came by and picked up their stuff today. Like, it's done! Your house is sold. It took you a day and a half to do it. Um, I mean, things could fall through. No, no, no, no. No, there's obviously, as they say in the old movies, the lady must have been willing. The, uh, the, the guy or lady who, or the people. It's a family. The family? Is it an evil family? I don't, I don't know. Have you met them? No. No? No. Do you think, uh. I want them to be nice. Of course. Of course. Well, I mean, it's just a house. Right. Here's my thing. Okay, here. Yes. You really want to know what my big problem is? I do. Well, there's a few. You've been almost impossible to talk to this week. Uh-huh. You, you are a mess. I am. You are a mess. We have gone through so, we've gone through, well, we both work from home, so let's not buy anything. Let's just go rent a place somewhere for six months. Sure. You know, just stay there. This is probably. Take our time. Come back. Like, just chill out. Whatever. It could be a positive. As if I could chill out. Right. Well, you don't look very chilled right now. No. So, then there's also the, well, let's, okay, we have to decide, are we going to buy something right now and just move straight into it? Right. Hopefully. Right. Or are we going to pack up all of our belongings, put them in storage? Oh, it's such a hassle. That's what I keep saying. Put our stuff in storage and then Dan's parents' house here, because they have the two, because they're snowbirds. Right. So, they have, we can stay in their house. You have a crash pad. We have a temporary crash pad here. So, when I offer you to stay in my basement, it's shallow and unwanted. Well, that and I know that you don't mean it. I would mean it. Oh, because you want three crazy women under your house. Dan's not a woman. I met Julia. I know. Carrie. I know. You can add me as four, because I am at, like, level 12. Before we get to the plan of the house, you need to explain the relationship you've had with Dan this week with his crazy eyes. This crazy. Oh, yeah. It's true. This is the best part. You've got, essentially, you've got yourself a nuclear family. You've got, you know, you've got the dad. You've got Dan. You've got you. The mom. You've got two kids. Presley and Judd. Hey. What? They are a big part of my, like. I said that they're your kids. They are. And so, what I'm saying is that in this whole thing, in a situation like this, traditionally and in reality, eyes turn to dad. Mm-hmm. And he's telling you what? That things are going to be fine, right? Dan keeps saying, okay, first of all, Dan is pretending that he's not stressed out. Right. In the meantime, he's had the terrible rosy cheeks and sick stomach. Yes. Right. The stressed stomach. Yes. I think I've caught the stressed stomach, by the way. Oh, it's not contagious. I have stressed poops. I understand. Okay. Yeah. So, that's like as open as I can be about it. Well, you know what? I think that this is a big step. Right. So. I believe your hour is up, Ms. Von Herman. Mm-hmm. We will see you next week. Every time I get a little bit. Yeah. Which is happening. A lot. Right. Consistently. Mm-hmm. 90% of the time waking and sleeping. Right. Wow. I'm completely consumed with this. So, you can't even escape into sleep. No, no, no. Oh, it's bad. I think the dogs know that something's up. Oh, sure they do. Right. Well, Dan will look at me and say, it's going to be fine. With those crazy eyes? But he has like the Clark Griswold, everything is going to be okay. Like crazy eyes, eyes. And he looks at me and he says these things and I'm like, I don't know if I need to back away. I clearly can't laugh. No, no. No, no. Don't laugh in the face of a crazy person. Well, you see, he's not. He is going to keep it under control because he realizes. Have you met Dan? He realizes. I have met him. Mm-hmm. He realizes that right now he is your rock. And he's going to keep it under control. He has to be strong for you. Oh, boy. Are you the rock? You're the rock, right? Yeah, of course.
